We built a Shaduf in forest school, which had to transport water from one bucket to another! Was great fun, even in the rain! The children worked in 3 different groups.
Trip to Shaftesbury School Science day
Yr4 had a brilliant time visiting Shaftesbury School. We were invited to take part in a Science Murder mystery morning! This was an exciting opportunity for us to engage in some fun science based activities and problem solving skills whilst trying to solve the murder. Activities included; studying different types of finger prints, testing different inks in pens, exploring fibres of fabric and cells from the inside of our mouths and also identifying the type of poison used. We had a fantastic morning, the children were incredibly well behaved and loved all of the very well planned activities. We were also able to solve the mystery! Well done Yr4′
